This double guest room is in a centrally located apartment in idyllic location close to the lakes between Østerbro and Nørrebro.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, this one has a double bed and the other room has two twin beds (see my other listings). This quiet and cozy room has a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a cupboard with a TV, two wicker chairs and a coffee table and near the window you will find a counter with two high benches where you can have your breakfast before explore the wonderful city of Copenhagen.
The room is bright and spacious and you can always count on a fresh bouquet of flowers on the table and you also have a nice view of the street and Copenhagen everyday life. There is a small kitchen for cooking and a fridge and freezer (Tea-kitchen and coffee maker are provided). The bathroom is right next to the room on the same floor.
The flat is at walking distance from the city center with shopping and food shops. Although for being so central it is a quiet and friendly street with very little traffic. The four lakes in the city are located only 10 minutes’ walk from the main square of the city "The city hall square". This location provides a great opportunity to experience this piece of green city on foot. The States Museum of Art is also within walking distance and is definitely worth a visit. Bus 14 to Nørreport Station and the bus 14 and 40 to Central Station.
Grocery stores are located within 20 meters of this rental flat. This flat is a good place to go on family holiday, since it is possible to borrow a children's cot.
Make yourself at home!
If you stay only 1 night then an extra fee of 50 dkr will be added per person.

Why staying in an expensive, impersonal, noisy hotel when you can stay in Ulla's house?! The rooms are small and no big luxury, but there is all you need. The house, in a quiet residential street but not far from the city center, is beautiful. You can make your own breakfast or go to the delicious bakery on the corner. And then eat it in the front garden between rose bushes and ivy-grown walls. Rent a bike from one of the many local bike shops and hop around this very bike-friendly city. Then park it at the front door without any risk of it being stolen the next morning. We didn't see much of Ulla but are brief encounter was heartwarming! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Ulla's was the ideal place for my 13 year old son and I to stay. The room was comfortable, the kitchen very handy for preparing not just breakfast but also sandwiches for lunch (to save us money when out and about), and the location was very quite and central. Ulla was very welcoming and made some great suggestions for places to visit. We would love to go back, may in the winter to experience Copenhagen in the winter!
Ulla keeps her smile for you. She is a very busy teacher, but she is there to help you. Just the bathroom needs more maintenance to look cleaner.
Ulla is a very friendly and helpful host. Her house is situated in a nice and calmly street with a very good bakery at the corner. Most points of interest were reachable by feet or bike. The way to the airport is short and directly. Several parks and lakes nearby. Room and kitchen are a little bit small but cosy and everything is available what probably could be needed.
In case we want to visit Cph once more we try to get a room again in Ulla's house.
Ulla met us and gave us a very warm welcome. She was cheery and helpful. The room was great. There were quite a few of us with her, but all was well. We would stay there again - particularly with friends. It was perfectly located.
Me and my daughter stayed on Copenhagen for 4 days. Ulla`s place was ideal for us.
It was in a very good location, near to the center, but quiet. 10-15 min walk from the Stroget either through the beautiful park surrounding the Rosenborg Castle, or through the Botanical Garden. Or, if tired in the evening, you can take the bus nr 40, but then check the timetable first because in the evenings the interval is quite infrequent.
On the corner of the street there is a lovely cafe that makes super coffee and croissants :). And in the evenings we enjoyed Japanese food across the street in Sticks´n´sushi.
The room itself was small but nice and tidy and cozy. There are altogether 3 rooms that Ulla rents, and the only small negative thing might be when all the rooms are booked. Then it might get crowded in the kitchen and bathroom. But you wont be spending much time in the room anyway, so its not much of a trouble :)
Hostess Ulla is very nice and friendly.
I definitely suggest this place, we enjoyed our stay very much!
A great room in a beautiful building in a calm and nice area. Walking distance to the citycentre. Lots of cafés and restaurants just around the corner!
A great quiet room on a cute street. Had a great time here.
Be warned that there are 2 flights of clean white stairs inside to carry your suitcase up. You don't want to drag it up, so be prepared to lift.
It was a wonderful trip to Copenhagen.
Ulla was a gorgeous host and her beautiful house is really a danish dream. We enjoyed our trip very much and hope to get back soon.
Very good location to stay when you want to visit the city. Centrally located, yet quiet neighbourhood. Facilities okay. Important remark when you come by car: Copenhagues car politics forces the cars outside the city for longer-term parking, which is in this case 3 km away.
